Abstract:
Clinker calcination is the core part of cement production process, which is characterized by multivariable, strong coupling, large hysteresis and complex and variable working conditions. It is difficult to establish an accurate mathematical model for this process, and it is difficult to achieve satisfactory control results by using conventional single control methods. Therefore, this paper designs a humanoid intelligent control system containing two control levels: conventional control and humanoid intelligent control, and conducts control research on the key kiln link in the clinker calcination process. First, according to the data characteristics of different controlled objects, LOWESS and sliding average filtering methods are selected for smoothing. Then, the steady state judgment of each process link is performed, and different control strategies are selected according to their operating status. Finally, the control system is applied in an actual cement clinker production line. The operation results show that the humanoid intelligent control system proposed in this paper not only realizes the automatic control of clinker calcination process, but also controls the key process parameters stably within a certain range, and its fluctuation is significantly lower than that of manual control. It not only saves the investment of human resources, but also makes the operation state more stable, which lays the foundation for the next optimization of cement production and has good application prospects.
