Management activity in modern social and cultural situation

Modern social and cultural situation is determined in many respects by impossibility of further development of industrial civilization as the society of "nature conquers", the society of "unlimited possibilities of a person". The crisis of separate directions of industrialization turned intoa humanity crisis as a whole have displaced accent to another method of management. The context in which the management activity of tomorrow will be performed is the context of post-industrial society and of post-modernism as its social and cultural dominant. Today postmodernism is comprehended as the expression of "spirit of the times", as particular kind of view to the reality.
