Geomagnetic Storms Forecasting by VLF Radio Waves Monitoring

Geomagnetic storms can cause significant damage to critical infrastructure. As such, their prediction is of great importance. Monitoring the ionospheric propagation conditions of Very Low Frequency (VLF) radio waves provides useful information and allows warnings to be sent out tens of hours before the onset of the geomagnetic storm.
