Solving One Problem of Optimal Production and Material Flow Management of a Garment Manufacturer

The optimization problem of forming a production program for the needs of a small sewing enterprise is solved. The results of the search and comparative analysis of the studies carried out in the last decade, which consider similar approaches to the application of discrete optimization tools to the problem of finding a production program, are presented. The substantiation of the relevance and novelty of the research is given, which consists in the fact that a new formulation of the discrete optimization problem has been created, which would take into account all the main aspects of production activities: from the selection of suppliers to the determination of sales plans for all types of buyers and the determination of sales prices. The input data for the program have been collected and agreed, tests that have shown the effectiveness of the proposed solution have been calculated on the real data of the enterprise. Further vectors for the development of the work have been determined.
