Architecture Model of Digital Quality Management System

The article discusses the prospects for digital transformation of the quality management system (QMS), as well as the problems that companies and organizations may meet while implementing the process of digital transformation. It is substantiated that without defining and considering the architecture of the quality management system, its digitalization will not be efficient enough. With a view to ensure and improve the efficiency of the QMS in the process of its digitalization, the concept of “architecture of quality management system” is disclosed. The architecture model proposed by the authors will improve the efficiency of management both by implementing digital quality management tools and by the QMS components themselves.
