Technology Acceptance Model for evaluating the Use of the Indonesian Standard Quick Response Code (QRIS): a case study of MSMEs in Bali

Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) provides efficiency and effectiveness benefits of cashless payment services in the marketing sector and encourages collaboration in the payment ecosystem. This study evaluates the behavior of MSMEs in accepting the use of QRIS. This research aims to evaluated perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and attitudes toward technology of MSMEs towards QRIS. The subjects of this study were MSMEs in Bali who had received training and used QRIS. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to MSMEs that were already using QRIS. The data collected were analyzed using quantitative statistical data research methods to examine the relationship between research variables, and using descriptive qualitative data analysis, with the aim of obtaining as complete information as possible regarding the acceptance of the use of QRIS. The results of data testing showed that the perceived usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use variable contributes to Attitude Toward Technology towards QRIS. Perceived of Usefulness has a positive and significant effect on Attitude Toward Technology. Perceived Ease of Use has no positive and significant effect on Attitude Toward Technology.
