Fault Tolerant Control of Actuator in Intake Pressure Regulation System Based on Walcott-Zak Sliding Mode Observer

Intake pressure regulation system is an important facility to simulate the intake pressure environment at different heights, and its regulation quality directly determines the accuracy and reliability of environment simulation system. When the intake pressure regulation system operates continuously for a long time, the working environment is very bad, and the actuator of the intake pressure regulation system is usually directly exposed to high temperature and strong vibration, the actuator may fail. Aiming at the important role of actuator in the work of intake pressure regulation system, the fault types of actuator in intake pressure regulation system are analyzed, and an actuator fault-tolerant control system based on Walcott Zak sliding mode observer is designed, which makes full use of the strong robustness and anti-interference ability of sliding mode. In order to overcome the problem of high-frequency chattering, quasi sliding mode is used to replace discontinuous switching term. Then, the fault reconstruction effects under bias fault and drift fault are simulated. The simulation results show that this method can effectively eliminate the influence of actuator fault on the closed-loop control system of intake pressure regulation system.
