Application effect observation of case method in microbiology teaching based on Online Teaching

Objective: This paper is based on QQ group platform combined with case teaching method. In the teaching of microbiological examination, the application effect was discussed. Methods: 80 undergraduates who were interned in the laboratory of Affiliated Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 40 in each group. The traditional teaching method and the case teaching method based on QQ group platform were used to realize the smooth development of microbial experiment teaching activities in three different stages: before class, in class and after class. After class through the theory test and skills test and questionnaire as the assessment index. Results: the scores of theory score, skill score, teaching effect evaluation and satisfaction survey of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (

). Conclusion: the case teaching method based on QQ platform is more popular with students than the traditional teaching method, which can mobilize students' learning initiative and has higher teaching promotion value.
