Modeling and simulation of electromagnetic absorption properties of nano-structured composites in the radio frequency/micowave range

Calculation and numerical electromagnetic methods allow the use of electromagnetic simulation as a method of accurate investigation of low-loss materials. Determining the parameters by simulation using CST 2011 software and applying the NRW procedure in order to investigate the material characteristics was performed on the HDPE polymer matrix that hosted Fe, Al, Al

O
3
, TiO
2
inserts, and the SAR results depending on frequency showed differences in case the use of Fe or dielectric TiO
2
metal particles.
