A Serial Port Data Filtering System

This article describes a serial data filtering system, which is used to filter the communication data between the upper computer business application and the serial device. It is very easy to prohibit the use of the serial port, as long as a simple program always occupies the serial port. This article implements the function of data filtering by adding a filter layer to the serial device, that is, allowing non-confidential data to flow out, while prohibiting confidential data; or to record the data flowing through the serial port without affecting other programs to use the serial port. The filtering layer is a new layer added to the Windows system kernel, so there is no need to modify the upper layer software or the lower layer real driver to achieve the above functions.
