Research on the Intelligent Combat Decision-Making under the Simulation and Deduction System

The form of modern warfare is now changing from information towards intelligence which needs to be built on data generated from the combat simulation and deduction system. This paper introduces a basic structure of the combat deduction system and proposes a method of the intelligent combat decision-making based on the Deep Reinforcement Learning algorithm. It also constructs a basic combat scenario based on the modern naval battlefield environment and optimizes the combat decision by using the simulation and deduction system with the algorithm. The result indicates that this method has the ability of intelligent combat decision-making to some extent, but it also exposes some problems in the simulation degree and the timeliness of decision-making.
