Motivativational Mechanism of Activation of Innovative Activity of Personnel and its Improvement

The article considers the problem of intensification of innovative activity of enterprises due to high motivation of staff. It is substantiated that the effectiveness of innovative work with an increase in the number of innovative achievements tends to increase, which indicates in favor of the hypothetical attitude to the intensification of innovative work as a factor that positively affects the change in the number of innovative achievements. The principal feature of the offered model is that the motivational mechanism is based on the priority stimulation of innovative (creative) activity of staff. Its successful operation involves the creation and use of databases of innovative achievements available for use in creative activities of personnel. The model of the mechanism provides opportunities to adjust its action depending on the assessment of the effectiveness of motivation and the effects of innovative activities of staff.
