A systems approach to compliance with chinese airworthiness regulations for civilian aircraft flight control system

This paper aims to apply systems engineering approach to design a generic civil aircraft flight control system, and propose a “practical template” containing systems engineering phases, in which multiple steps are recommended as the “best practice” to guide the airframer to undertake flight control system development.
