This paper discusses the necessity of the construction of an empirical platform for variable speed unit of seawater pumped storage power station under wave disturbance, and introduces the construction of the platform from the aspects of platform design, platform system construction and subsystem composition, as well as the empirical research projects to be carried out, so as to provide a reference for the related research.
