Preparation and Photocatalysis of Inverse Opal TiO2 Based on Big Data System

In order to improve the preparation efficiency and photocatalytic performance of inverse opal TiO
2
, this paper proposes a new research method of preparation and photocatalysis of inverse opal TiO
2
based on big data system. Polystyrene (PS) micro spheres were successfully prepared by soap free emulsion polymerization; After that, dense PS opal photonic crystals were prepared by vertical deposition method; Based on the photonic crystal template, TiO
2
with inverse opal structure was successfully prepared; In addition, the preparation technology of template microspheres, photonic crystal templates and inverse opal structure TiO
2
was studied in detail. In this paper, XRD and SEM were used to characterize the properties of the materials. In this paper, the photocatalytic performance of methylene blue as a simulated pollutant was tested. The research found that the degradation rate of inverse opal TiO
2
prepared by 320nm micro spheres reached 92.3% after 3 hours of illumination. The experimental results show that this method combines the advanced big data system, breaks through the traditional preparation method of inverse opal TiO
2
, and improves the research efficiency of photocatalytic performance comprehensively.
