Implementation of Dynamic Changes in Machine Kinematics in the Electroautomatic Subsystem of the CNC System

The article considered the issues of dynamic changes in the kinematics of the machine in the subsystem of electroautomatic of the CNC system. The settings of the electroautomatic subsystem that require changes when changing the kinematic scheme of the machine in the control channel are described. Adaptation of the CNC-PLC interface for machines with variable kinematics is proposed. The structure of the execution of kinematics control commands in the PLC program has been developed. When the command for changing the kinematic diagram is executed, the settings of the electroautomatic subsystem are loaded from binary files. In the terminal part of the system (HMI), a notification is received from the system kernel about a change in the kinematic scheme of the machine to update the settings of the M -keys.
