Japanese Education Reform and Talent Training Mode Construction Based on Data Mining

With the increasing demand for Japanese professionals in the market, colleges and universities need to strengthen education reform, build an effective talent training model, and train Japanese professionals with strong professional ability for the country. With the increasing number of Japanese majors and the relative shrinking of the employment market, it is urgent for us to adjust and improve the existing talent training strategies. Data mining is a process of extracting implicit, implicit but useful information and knowledge from a large number of incomplete, noisy, fuzzy and random data. Its main function is to find valuable information from massive data and transform the data into organized knowledge. Based on data mining, this paper analyzes the specific goals of cross-cultural communication in Japanese teaching, and puts forward some suggestions on the cultivation of cross-cultural communication ability and the construction of its training mode, so as to cultivate Japanese talents with foreign language quality and cultural quality and cross-cultural communication in teaching.
