Finite Element Analysis and Topology Optimization of Triangular Track’s Load-bearing Wheels

In order to solve the existing problems in the design of the triangular track's load-bearing wheels, a finite element analysis and topology optimization method based on the analysis of typical working modes is proposed combined with the design of a 50-type loader's triangular tracks. A finite element analysis model of the load-bearing wheels was established, and the topological optimization of the swing plate was completed on the basis of the force analysis of the load-bearing wheels under typical working conditions. Then the secondary design was carried out in combination with its structural and functional requirements. The results of the finite element analysis prove the effectiveness of the method used.
