Research and Application in Human Resources Information System of Electric Power Enterprises Based on Blockchain Integration

As an important task for power companies, the construction of talent team requires high-quality and high-efficiency talent selection based on huge human resources information. The emerging block “Blockchain” is favored by various industries because of its decentralization and trustworthiness. This paper takes electric power enterprises as the research object, aims at realizing the common development of enterprises and employees, analyzes and designs the human resources information system including the blockchain underlying structure and human resources information application layer, and realizes the database construction of human resources information. And the transaction records are all stored, creating an efficient and orderly development environment for people.
