Analysis on Risk Factors of Women in Alzheimer’s Disease

This research paper mainly focuses on Alzheimer's disease (AD) in women and why women are exposed to greater risk factors. Researchers has discovered different techniques that can be used to detect signs and symptoms in prodromal phase of Alzheimer's disease. Different risk factors that might contribute to women developing Alzheimer's Disease include sex differences, changes in hormone estrogen levels, menopause transition, hormone replacement therapy, different longevity in men and women, men's higher risk of having cardiovascular disease, APOE-e4 genotype, and modifiable lifestyle risk factors-women's social responsibilities that might lead to excess amount of stress and fluctuation in hormones level, exercise, and Epigenetics.
