Artificial Intelligence Governance Capability Association Model based on Closed-loop Control Theory

Artificial intelligence has the characteristics of system, process and complexity.The current research on artificial intelligence governance capability usually only focuses on specific objects or types, and rarely studies governance capability from a system perspective.In this paper,the concept of artificial intelligence governance capability is defined from the perspective of complex system, the governance capability association is analyzed based on the relevance of complex system,and the structural model of artificial intelligence governance capability association is established and its attributes are analyzed. On the basis of governance capability association attributes,the governance capability association function is defined based on closed-loop control theory,which is used to characterize the governance capability association degree among subsystems in artificial intelligence.
