Algorithms for Regional Human Resources Capacity Management System

The task of providing the needs of the regional job market by graduates of educational institutions is discussed.Considered algorithms are designed to determine the enterprises' needs for specialists, blue- and white-collar workers in different positions according to natural decline, retirements, and organizational activities are linked to changes in the staffing table. Methods for determing the conformity of educational programs with the vacancies of the job market in specific professions and positions are proposed. General structure of the system is described.
