Evaluation of e-Halal Certification System Acceptance to Improve Halal Certification Services at LPPOM MUI

Halal certification services are very important for entrepreneurs in obtaining halal certificates for the products they produce. LPPOM MUI in its service to users has implemented an online halal certification filing service system known as e-Cerol. Evaluation of e-cerol service systems is carried out to improve the quality of certification services to find out the factors that influence the successful implementation of the system. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the service system for halal certification submission so that it can know the value of the public service index and provide recommendations to LPPOM MUI to improve public services for halal certification submission. The study was conducted with a quantitative approach, distributing questionnaires online with 34 questions, and demographic data analysis with IBM SPSS while PLS-SEM analysis with SmartPLS. The results of this study are recommendations for improving halal certification filing services.
