Research on Whole Life-circle Dynamic Supervision of Hazardous Chemicals Based on Block Chain

This paper introduces two difficult problems existing in whole life-cycle supervision of hazardous chemicals: data island phenomenon between government regulators and low data credibility for enterprises. Combining characters of block chain technology such as multi-agent collaboration, trusted data storage and traceability with business requirements of hazardous chemicals supervision, the article proposes a dynamic supervision scheme for the whole life-cycle of hazardous chemicals based on block chain, in which the dynamic supervision platform is mainly divided into three layers: infrastructure layer, sharing and exchanging layer, supervision application layer. Through informatization construction according to the dynamic supervision scheme proposed, information on the flow of hazardous chemicals will be more explicit and clear, and business synergies between regulators will be more efficient, with the goal of penetrating supervision realized.
