Practice Teaching Design and Implementation Based on Kolb's Learning Theory

Based on the theory of experiential learning and the model of experiential learning cycle proposed by David Kolb, the practical implementation process is constructed. It is proposed that the practical teaching link should be reformed into "diversified training mode based on students' ability and demand", and students should be divided into three directions: scientific research type, innovation and entrepreneurship type and application skill type, and be cultivated in different practical teaching environments according to different training objectives. By adopting various forms of practical teaching mode, students can practice continuously for four years, and the effect of practical teaching is improved.
