Comparison of carrier based PWM technique for Active Neutral Point Clamping Multilevel Inverter

This paper discusses active neutral point clamping inverter (ANPC), most recently NPC inverters are using widely due to its bulky sizes, ANPC is introduced in recent years. In MLI’s the foremost problem is total harmonic distortion for lower levels. Furthermore, this article deals with carriers bases-PWM techniques like phase-disposal, phase-opposite-disposal, and alternate-phase-opposite-disposal with RL load, and results are differentiated in-terms of durable Fourier analysis via %THD. The simulation is performed by using MATLAB/Simulink computer code 2014b.
