TCAD and Cognitive Visualization in Electronic Engineering Education : BMSTU Case Study

In this paper we consider a possibility to use industrial TCAD software in electronic engineering education. Our investigation focus is on the aspects of their applications in Bauman Moscow State Technical University. We present our results and talk about opportunities of using TCAD in academic process.
