Phototherapy and Synthetic Wound Dressings in the Treatment of Trophic Ulcers of Venous Etiology

Trophic ulcers are the most difficult and most frequent complication of chronic venous insufficiency of the adult able-bodied population, and is approximately 2%. The study purpose - improvement of the treatment results in patients with chronic venous insufficiency with trophic ulcers due to the use of artificial wound dressings and platelet-rich growth factors and phototherapy. The application of a complex of treatment of trophic ulcers in patients with chronic venous insufficiency, consisting of phototherapy, foamforming of incompetent perforator veins under ultrasound navigation and wound closure with synthetic plaque with a platelet growth factor, is an extremely effective stimulator of development of granulation tissue and spontaneous epithelization of the wound. Promising directions of development of this method of treatment are the studies of cellular mechanisms of regeneration and histological study of the stages of the development of connective tissue under the influence of phototherapy, platelet growth factor and the study of the possibility of using a combination of synthetic coverings and platelet growth factor with vacuum therapy.
