The Use of Electrical Monitoring and Surveillance Systems to Prevent Emergencies of a Terrorist Nature (on the Example of Motor Vehicles)

The paper proposes an innovative approach to the use of electrical monitoring and surveillance systems for the prevention of emergency situations of a terrorist nature at secure facilities/guarded objects of critical infrastructure. Using the example of motor vehicles operating near the object, it is shown that the use of data obtained by electrical monitoring and surveillance systems will make it possible to identify the accumulation of negative factors, including the preparation of an act of terrorism.
