Research on Knowledge Representation of the National Cultural Resources based on $\mathrm{CTL}-\mathrm{DDL}_{\mathrm{ALC}}$

Description logic is a formal language of knowledge representation. Among the knowledge of national cultural resources, most knowledge are dynamic. Through the analysis ALC, ALC lacks the ability to represent dynamic cultural resources. To solve this problem, this paper adds action operator and temporal operator based on ALC, which can be extended in order to describe the national cultural resources with knowledge changes, and puts forward the knowledge representation based on national cultural resources of CTL-DDLALC. The knowledge and rules needed in the reasoning process of national cultural resources should be unified and standardized, in order to ensure the expression and reasoning research of national cultural resources knowledge.
