Test Method for Intelligent Low-Voltage Anti-Islanding Device of Distributed PV

At present, the penetration of distributed PV is increasing. In order to ensure the safety of grid connected photovoltaic power supply and the personal safety of operators, a distributed photovoltaic low voltage anti islanding device has been installed in high-density access area. But for the manual and intelligent anti islanding device, there is no comprehensive detection method to guide its testing work. Thus, this paper presents the testing methods and criteria for distributed photovoltaic device of intelligent low voltage anti islanding detection, including test method, communication, anti-islanding, delay protection, current tolerance, interlocking functions and so on. Depending on the test of anti-islanding device, the validity of the method has been verified. The test method proposed in this paper has positive significance in promoting healthy and orderly development of distributed new energy and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the grid-connected new energy.
