Research on the Realization of a Electromechanical Pressure Micropump Used in Electrical Equipment

The paper aims to determine the characteristics of Nitinol smart materials with memory of the shape and to determine their behavior on repeated cycles of use. The system consists of a protrusion of a electromechanical pressure micro-pump made on the basis of current-controlled Nitinol arc elements, with the purpose of regulating the pressure inside a fluid enclosure. In the paper there will be presented characteristics concretized in the pressure variation inside the enclosure with the pressure gauge connected at the opposite end of the container, both positive pressure and negative pressure depending on the group of springs in Nitinol.
