Design and Application of Traffic Administrative Law Enforcement Command and Dispatching System Base on Big Data

According to the general requirements of ruling the country by laws in an all-round way, management objects based on the transportation industry have the characteristics of complexity and liquidity with the comprehensive law enforcement reform of transportation and the rapid development of law enforcement business. Law enforcements involve a wide range of information channels and complex information contents. There is an urgent requirement for a law enforcement command and dispatch system that combines researches and designs with the application of big data relating to technologies. The "three-dimensional, dynamic and highly efficient" command and dispatch system proposed in this paper is to realize a full-scale and comprehensive monitoring, command and dispatch of law enforcement daily business operations by means of network and big data and other related technologies; realize a multi-channel clue collection application, carry out real-time law enforcement command and dispatch management, and improve the management level and disposal efficiency of law enforcement command and dispatch comprehensively.
