HeartBeat+: A Development of Mobile Application on Recording and Monitoring Blood Pressure Readings for Hypertensive Patients

Hypertension can harm your body quietly. It is not a disease, but a major risk factor for having a heart attack, stroke, kidney failure, aneurysm and other serious conditions. It can be preventable by adopting change in lifestyle. To address these problems, a proposed mobile application that can provide solutions for prevention and lifestyle modification. The main goal of this project is to design and develop the HeartBeat+ mobile application on recording and monitoring blood pressure readings for hypertensive patients. This application keeps the records of the vital signs of the patient and tracks their daily food intake to help them identify what triggers their high blood pressure every time. Also, there is a web Application for doctors to monitor the status of their patients.
