Design and Simulation of a Aperture Coupled circularly polarization array antenna

In this paper, two H-shaped apertures which perpendicular to each other are opened on the ground, and the circularly polarized waves are obtained by excited the two H-shaped apertures with two feeding port which have the same amplitude and 90 degrees phase difference. In this paper, the factors affecting the main parameters of circularly polarized wave, that is, the axial ratio, are analyzed. The relationship between the relative distance of two H shaped apertures and the axial ratio bandwidth is analyzed. The input impedance of the antenna is matched with the feeding line by adjusting the size of the H-aperture, and the axial ratio bandwidth of the antenna is optimized by adjusting the distance between the two H-apertures.
