Transmission Lines Restoration Using Resilience Analysis

Restoration from total blackout is a critical and confusing process. This paper proposes transmission lines capacitance as an indicator of optimal transmission path based on resilience factors. Two IEEE test networks are studied to declare the effectiveness of the proposed resilience algorithm. Proposed algorithm defines the most resilient path that keeps bus voltages in acceptable range with least possible restoration time.
