Mathematical Synthesis in Designing Microwave Antennas with Specified Characteristics

An approach to designing microwave antennas with specified characteristics based on the solution of the classical problem of mathematical synthesis of the antenna using numerical and optimization methods is considered. The possibilities of the finite element representation of the design on the example of a mirror parabolic antenna and the permissible errors of the synthesis of its geometric model are shown. The possibility of using the proposed finite element model of the antenna to study the effect of external deforming actions on its characteristics is substantiated.
