A Case of Secondary Bloodthirsty Syndrome in Still's Disease in Adults

Hematopoietic syndrome (HPS) is a rare, severe disease characterized by abnormal activation of macrophages that results in the phagocytosis of large numbers of blood cells. Typical features include fever, hepatosplenomegaly, lymphadenopathy, hypocytopenia, and low fibrinogenemia. Symptoms, ferritinemia. HPs are divided into two subtypes: Primary HPs are autosomal recessive inherited diseases. Secondary HPS often secondary to infectious diseases, malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases. Adult onset still disease (AOSD) is a group of etiologies, pathogenesis is unclear, clinically characterized by high fever, transient pleomorphic rash, arthritis or joint pain, accompanied by peripheral granulocytes. Increased, liver, spleen and lymphadenopathy and other multi-system involvement of a clinical syndrome. In this paper, we retrospectively analyzed the data of one case of adult HPs with Stille disease to improve the understanding of the disease and improve the early diagnosis.
