Warhol and the Amiga: Exhibition Review

The Warhol Museum devoted a small exhibition of select computer graphics from the Andy Warhol collection as well as the Amiga computer on which they were created. The exhibit occupies one room, showcasing Warhol’s computer equipment and some of his artworks. The artifacts include Warhol’s Amiga 1000, on which he created the newly found digital images, and the floppy disks containing them, as well as an Easyl 1000 drawing tablet, and graphics software. Reports on the existence of these early computer graphics created by Warhol and discusses the contents of this exhibition.
