The Design of the Four-Star Single-Acting Piston Cylinder Offset Type of Radial Motor

In the four-star single-acting piston cylinder offset type of radial motor, the main shell contains four plunger cylinders that evenly distributed. Each plunger cylinder's axis from of the crankshaft centerline has an offset (H) and each piston within of the cylinder is equipped with a plunger on the main shell. A ball head structure at exists one end of each plunger, and the ball plunger head is equipped with sliding boots. On the sliding boots there are two semicircular blocks, making the plunger and sliding boots connect for an organic whole with the spring snap and stop block. The ball head of plunger rotates in the ball socket, while the other end of the sliding boots connects to the crankshaft. The sliding boots on both ends of the retaining ring drive the sliding boots in the crankshaft of the eccentric cylindrical surface, so the sliding boots can slide in the eccentric cylinder of the crankshaft.
