Company Life Cycle and Quality Standardization

There are many life cycle theories. In the paper, the model of five stages is presented. Each stage is specified throughout business functions and standardization. For each stage the main processes were observed. Moreover, main project management methods were specified via standardization that uses in each of them. In the result of the paper associations between life cycle stages, key methods of project management for each of them and standardization were provided. Standardization in this context supposed as standardization of internal or external business processes in the company. For each life cycle stage, there are its own standardization process.
