Synthesis of Nitrogen Oxides in ICP/RF Plasma

This paper presents the results of investigation of the possibilities to produce high volume and concentration of nitrogen oxides in inductively coupled plasma/radio frequency plasma for industrial applications. Calculations of the equilibrium composition of air and air-oxygen plasma at different temperatures and pressures have been conducted. The data obtained can be used to design and develop efficient systems for the nitrogen oxides synthesis.
