Realization of a Low Energy State of an Electron Beam in Uniform Channel

Earlier it was shown that between two virtual cathodes in a channel consisting of 3 uniform tubes with different radii a low energy state of electrons with the potential close to the cathode potential appears. In the present paper we show that the low energy state also appears in uniform tube but between a real tubular cathode and a magnetic mirror.
