A Decision Method for Subway Station Selection Based on the Optimal Closeness Coefficient

In order to make a better decision from the alternatives in the transportation construction project, and obtain scientific and convincing decision results, a decision method based on closeness coefficient is established, and the standard difference method, maximizing deviation method and entropy method is used to determine the weight of each evaluation index, finally, the results of the 3 methods are compared and analyzed. The model is easy to operate, and overcomes the influence of the human subjective factors, it makes the selection of the project more reasonable, and it also can provide scientific and reasonable basis for decision-making.
