Technology for creation and use of predictional status forecasting systems on ships with multi-criteria information processing algorithms

At present, much attention is paid to automated control and management of fire safety, degassing, and power supply systems. Accidents at marine facilities can occur for technical and organizational reasons, for example, as a result of exceeding permissible loads, wear of power cables, etc. The objects of monitoring, analysis, evaluation and forecast are aerological and process equipment.The key idea underlying the construction of the concept of an ideal fire alarm system is as early as possible the recording of the initial phase of fire development (IPFD) with a low probability of false positives. The technical result of the forecasting system for pre-emergency states consists in increasing the information content and quality of diagnostics of emergencies, expanding the scope of the device by using the mathematical model of the object for analyzing material and heat balances in forecasting emergencies. In accordance with the technical capabilities of the hardware and software complex to detect sources of pre-emergency situations in the scope of the protected premises, the requirements for an optoelectronic space control channel (OSCC) are determined. Given the technical capabilities of the hardware and software complex, the OSCC must automatically detect the change in the video frame with an area of at least 4-7% of the total area of the video frame, caused by the appearance of the following events in the field of view of the television (TK) or infrared camera (IR):-The appearance of an open flame area of at least 0.8 ÷ 1.0 dm2;-Penetration into the controlled space of moving objects with an area of at least 0.5 m2;-Occurrence of smoke, steam at an emission cross section of at least 0.8 ÷ 1.0 dm2;-Destruction of elements of equipment and technical means with the area of the fracture element not less than 1.5 dm2;-Offset of extended objects by an amount of at least 5 cm in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the camera;-Leakage of cisterns and pipelines in the event of a wet spot having an area of at least 1.5 dm2 referred to a surface perpendicular to the optical axis of the TK or IR lenses.Automatic detection of a pre-emergency situation will be performed when the TK or IR is in a stationary position and a constant image scale of no more than 25 ÷ 30 seconds.
