Contact Electrode Based on Nanowire Arrays on Conductive Substrate

The paper proposes and discusses two technologies for creating copper nanowires on copper base using as template a nanostructured anodic aluminium oxide with a thinned barrier layer on an aluminium substrate. The composition and morphology of each of the technological stages as well as the final obtained structure were observed by scanning electron microscopy.
