Sampled-data control for continuous-time Markovian jump fuzzy systems

This paper proposes the stabilization criterion for continuous-time Markovian jump fuzzy systems (MJFSs) via sampled-data control. First, the proposed criterion based on a fuzzy-weighting-dependent Lyapunov function is formulated in terms of parameterized linear matrix inequalities (PLMIs). The PLMIs conditions are converted into less conservative linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) conditions by the relaxation process with slack variables which fully considers the property of the fuzzy weights. Finally, the validity of the proposed approach is presented by a sampled-state-feedback fuzzy controller for mass-spring-damper mechanical systems.
