Information technology, government management and innovation mechanism: A case study of china's administration

Based on the theory of government management and innovation, this paper aims to construct a new theory to improve the government's innovation capability. The research shows that the integration of information technology into the system of government innovation can adjust and optimize the organizational structure of the government. Information technology is beneficial to improve the convenience of citizens, legal persons and other organizations to obtain government information and services, and it can be also used to reduce the cost of taxpayers.
