Challenges of I4.0 smart control processes in electronics manufacturing

Jabil is an EMS company providing electronics manufacturing services for our clients. The company was established in 1966. Jabil has 90 facilities in 23 countries, and 175,000 employees worldwide. Jabil uses latest manufacturing technologies because the industry is moving very fast. We experience shorter and shorter periods for new product introduction and the time between two following generations is continuously reduced. Same time the components are shrinking, the integration of the circuits is higher and the density of components goes to extreme in some sectors like mobile devices. Thus, Jabil works on Industry 4.0 solutions in the last few years to serve better the customer demands.
