Research on formation mechanism of passenger emergencies based on theory of social network analysis

At present, the number of passenger mass emergencies is increasing, how to prevent and reduce the adverse effects of such incidents becomes very urgent. The structural characteristics of the network groups, relationships and the exchange of knowledge sharing are analyzed in the perspectives of network density, distance, centrality and cohesive subgroup. The depth of interaction is analyzed with content analysis method as an auxiliary. The network spreading strategies of dealing with passenger mass emergencies are proposed based on SNA.
